Our Network

  • We operate five data centers, each with a cluster of class 4 trunking switches and class 5 feature switches our for hosted PBX offerings, voice mail, etc.
     
  • We interconnect with over 30 carriers and CLECs, each connected to two or more of our trunking servers, thus providing a fully meshed network between our clusters and all carriers. We  have an inventory of telephone numbers in over ten thousand rate centers in the US and Canada and can provide telephone numbers in over 60 countries.
     
  • We utilize TW Telecom as our primary backbone data network and their carrier grade hardened data centers, as they have the best network statistics of any carrier in North America.
     
  • We provide our SIP trunking and Hosted PBX customers with connectivity to two of our peering points at no additional charge. i.e., if you have 50 channels you have 50 to each of two peering points.  Not primary and failover, but both live and operational at all times, for both inbound and outbound calls.
