Our core business philosophy is to operate through wholesalers, resellers, telephone system dealers/installers, IT support organizations and data VARs to offer our services to their new and existing business customers. Why? Because they own the customer relationship.  Our partners remain the primary interface for the end user customer, and we provide the service offerings, adding value to the services they already provide, providing cost savings and increased capabilities to their end user customers.

  • Wholesale/Resellers - Unlike other wholesale carriers we offer a full range of services from raw wholesale origination and termination to full turnkey service including branded and co-branded offerings, web sites, online signup, subscriber billing, equipment provisioning, shipping, customer service and technical support. We can customize a program to meet most requirements and capabilities with a minimal financial commitment.
     
  • Channel Partner programs providing: a complete suite of services available under several of our branded offerings; sales and technical support; billing and collections; and 24/7 service.

    • Platinum Partners – Ideal for partners with the capabilities to: provide discovery of the end user customer’s requirements; complete the sales process; perform the installation; and provide Tier 0 &  Tier 1 service
       
    • Sales Partners – A program for partners with the capabilities to provide discovery of the end user customer’s requirements and complete the sales process. Service is provided by AltavoxSales
       
    • Referral Partners – The perfect program for individual agents and affinity groups who want to provide an introduction and contact information for prospective end user customers  
       
  • Altavox also provides customized brands offering SIP Trunking and SIP Digital Cross Connect to several  IP PBX manufacturers, and is a member of the Avaya DevConnect program—an initiative to develop, market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of an end user customer’s investment in its system.
